Terms and Conditions
The following outlines the terms & conditions of BWBF Direct Ltd. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and you agree to agree with such modification.

Orders:

Orders placed are accepted when you receive our Order Confirmation. BWBF Direct Ltd. states that such orders may not subsequently be available to be despatched or that we may decide to refuse despatch subject to reasonable grounds.

BWBF Direct Ltd. reserve the right to refuse, prior to you receiving the Confirmation, any or part of an order or to request further information from the customer appertaining to the order.

Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to customers under English law, BWBF Direct Ltd. accept no responsibility for the failure in product despatch where such failure is a result of our inability to do so or on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that we undertake all reasonable steps to inform you of such within 14 days of the order. In such a case we will either not process any payments or issue a full refund immediately. Please ensure that in placing your order to allow sufficient time for the order to be processed to avoid disappointment in the case of the above mentioned inability or refusal.

VAT Relief:

Any person who is registered blind or partially sighted is eligible to claim VAT relief on their purchases. In order to do this, they must register for VAT relief prior to placing their order with us. They CANNOT claim this back once the purchase is made. There is ongoing notification of this throughout the website.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times are normally up to 28 days but obviously subject to stock availability. We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as possible.

Delivery Throughout the United Kingdom

Items are delivered by our suppliers carriers only to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Cancellation of goods:

The customer reserves the right to cancel their order, up to and including 7 days after they received the goods if the packaging has not been touched. No reason for this is needed from the customer. The customer will have to pay the cost of returning the goods in their delivered condition. We will reimburse the customer within 30 days of them placing the cancellation order.

INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS MAY BE THE SUBJECT OF ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES GIVEN BY THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY, SUCH WARRANTIES ETC ARE NOT ENFORCEABLE AGAINST BWBF DIRECT LTD, BUT ONLY AGAINSTTHE COMPANY GIVING THEM.
